The computer has multiple crashes. Blue screens and black screens. I already went on a private shop to try and get it fixed, but the issue didn't go away and reappeared a week later. I recently purchased the deco ax3000 whole home mesh wifi system, set it up using the QR code and app but i am having issues with the main router that is connected to the nbn box dropping out frequently. I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TP link modem router to my NBN connection. Looking for someone TODAY who knows NBN well, and can help figure out what is going on. Preferable if you can bring your own VDSL2 router as well to see if it’s my router. The router is connected via the DSL cable, and the sync light is on. I have confirmed this with Tangerine Telco and they said that the sync is all good on their side / that they can see the modem is connected. I am fairly techy and have tried alot of stuff from online forums but to no avail.
